TriStar Plants - One Year Warranty

At TriStar Plants, our primary goal is to provide you with a healthy and vibrant plant, allowing you to enhance the beauty of your property. We understand that unforeseen issues can arise, which is why we proudly offer the TriStar guarantee - a solution to address any problems that may occur. 

We are confident that most plant issues manifest within the first 30 days. Nevertheless, we stand by our customers for an extended period. Our Tristar warranty covers your plant for a full year from the date of purchase, with a one-time replacement in the form of store credit (shipping costs not included). Warranty must be purchased concurrently, not afterward. Damage from shipping, improper planting, clearance, neglect, or unsuitable zones isn't covered. To ensure the success of your plant, it is crucial to follow our Planting and Watering Guidelines diligently. In case you encounter any trouble, contact us at the first sign of an issue so that we can assist you with the appropriate care methods and potentially save your plant. Please note that failure to reach out to us in a timely manner may result in the voiding of your warranty.
