Shipping policy

These plants are shipping from Florida. If you live in a colder state, 2-3 day shipping is highly recommended. I can not guarantee air plants during the winter months when economy 5 - 8 day shipping is selected. 

shipping will not be refunded on returns. Please contact me with any issues so we can solve the issue in the best way for both of us.

Once items are fulfilled and shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number, so please make sure you put in an accurate email address. Orders are usually filled within 2 business days. 

DURING THE WINTER MONTHS, if you live in a colder climate and the weather will be below 40 degrees at night, I HIGHLY recommend purchasing a heat packet and using the 2-3 day shipping option. I cannot stress this enough. Also please check the tracking number and watch for your package. Plants sitting outside in freezing weather for extended periods of time will damage them. Also, if you place an order on Thursday or Friday, I will wait till Monday to ship, so the plants don’t end up in a warehouse somewhere over the weekend. I want them coming to you in the same condition that they left me. I will always contact you prior to make sure that expected shipping date is ok, however if you prefer to have them shipped right away, we can do that too.
