Pereskia Grandifolia var. Violacea Rose Cactus grows well in full sun to part shade and mildly acidic to mildly alkaline soils. var. Violacea Rose Cactus has thick, fleshy, elliptic to oblong-lanceolate, pointed narrowing leaves. It also produces very showy, rose-like, pink or purplish (but also white or tan) flowers, centered by yellow stamens with red filaments. var. Violacea Rose Cactus is best for xeriscaping.

The plant will be approximately 10 to 12 inches in height with well-developed roots. These plants have been growing in one gallon containers.  They will be shipped without the containers.  The roots and soil will be dampened and covered in plastic wrap prior to shipping. They will be ready to plant upon arrival.
