The Prunus persica ‘Redhaven’ - 'Red Haven' Peach is a freestone (flesh is easy to remove from the pit.) type peach which is easy to maintain with fruit ripening from late June to mid-July. This tree produces small, showy, pink blossoms a bit later than the rest in late spring to avoid frost damage.
This all-purpose peach is widely sought after to eat fresh but is also popular in cooking, canning, and jams due to their perfect level of sweetness. This peach variety has almost fuzz-less, firm skin with a creamy yellow flesh that is easy to tear off the pit.
